Since our first blog article posted in May 2008, SeniorsAloud has built a solid reputation as one of the top online communities for seniors in Malaysia-Singapore. SeniorsAloud has become the go-to source for the following:
- individuals and organizations looking for information on nursing homes and eldercare
- students researching on seniors-related topics
- journalists seeking views on current issues involving/affecting seniors
Over the years SeniorsAloud has received coverage in both print and online media. These include newspapers, magazines, radio and TV. We have been featured in the following:

Meniti Senja Screenings & Panel Discussions 2020-2021

The 18th annual Freedom Film Festival was held online at Cloud Theatre in December 2020. The theme was ‘Race: Human’. Lily Fu’s first film ‘Meniti Senja’ opened the festival on Thursday, 10 Dec, 8pm. There were two more screenings on Sunday, 13 Dec, at 4pm and 5pm. 150 free tickets were made available for each screening. After which, paid tickets went for RM5 each (less than $2!) A panel discussion was held after each screening with different panelists and moderators.
