The Keep In Touch (KIT) initiative is a heartfelt community project by Seniors Aloud, dedicated to ensuring that no senior feels isolated or forgotten. Recognizing that even a simple “hello” can profoundly impact someone’s day, KIT serves as a digital bridge to keep seniors connected, supported, and heard.
At the heart of KIT is the belief that consistent, daily engagement is the best remedy for loneliness. By fostering a safe, encouraging space where members can reach out, share their stories, and check in on one another, we ensure that every senior in our community feels seen and valued.

Looking back at 2020 when we produced our first calendar featuring an inspiring senior for each month of the year. It was for a charity project to raise funds to provide elderly residents of a senior care home with new mattresses for the Chinese New Year. We recently contacted three of the calendar seniors to see how they were doing after six years. We are delighted to report they are doing very well indeed and living life to the fullest.
